He went to Medical School at St. George’s University, and completed his residency in Denver Colorado. Dr. Parkinson is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Parkinson continues to work part time as a hospitalist for IHC and volunteers at the Volunteer Care Clinic (a free clinic in Provo Utah run by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints).
Dr. Parkinson’s areas of interest in Internal Medicine are Diabetes, Heart Failure, Hypertension, Skin Conditions, Depression/Anxiety, ADHD, and Autism. Dr. Parkinson understands that medicine in general can be very intimidating, so he tries to make all aspects of it as comfortable as possible.
